This Privacy Policy explains how Poroflo ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit poroflo.co (the "Site") or engage us for services. By using the Site or our services, you agree to the practices described here.

Information you give us. When you book a discovery call, fill out a form, or email us, we collect details such as your name, email address, company, role, and any project information you choose to share.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our analytics providers may collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, pages viewed, and approximate location. This data helps us understand how the Site is used and improve it.

Information from service engagements. If you become a client, we may receive access to systems, content, and credentials needed to deliver the engagement. We treat this information as confidential and use it solely to perform the agreed services.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • respond to enquiries and provide proposals;
  • deliver, manage, and improve our services;
  • operate, secure, and improve the Site;

3. Cookies & Analytics

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies grouped into three categories. You choose which non-essential categories to allow on your first visit, and you can change your choice any time using the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer.

Necessary cookies are required for the Site to function (page routing, security, your consent choice itself). They are always on and do not need consent under GDPR Article 6(1)(f) or the ePrivacy Directive's strict-necessity exemption.

Analytics cookies let us measure how the Site is used so we can improve it. With your consent we run Google Analytics 4 (provided by Google Ireland Ltd, transfers governed by Standard Contractual Clauses) and PostHog (provided by PostHog Inc., US). Both are configured to hash IP addresses where supported and we do not link analytics data to identifiable individuals on this Site.

Marketing cookies are used to measure advertising performance and, where applicable, for retargeting. With your consent we may run Google Ads conversion tracking and the Meta Pixel. You can withdraw this consent at any time via the "Cookie preferences" link.

We use Google Consent Mode v2 so Google's tags receive your specific choice (analytics-only, marketing, or all denied) rather than a generic signal.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with:
