Marketing Cloud or Pardot, which one do I need?
Pardot (Account Engagement) fits B2B teams already on Salesforce who need lead nurturing, scoring, and sales handoff. Marketing Cloud fits multi-channel B2C or large B2B with email, mobile, push, and ad audiences in one place. We will recommend based on your motion, not on what is easier to sell.
Where does SAP Emarsys fit?
Emarsys is strong for retail and consumer brands running omnichannel lifecycle marketing: email, WhatsApp, SMS, push, and paid social orchestrated together with eRFM segmentation. If you are not on Salesforce and your motion is e-commerce or retail, Emarsys is often the better fit than Marketing Cloud.
Can you fix an implementation we had done by someone else?
Yes, that is the 'Enhance existing' engagement. We audit the current setup, identify what is salvageable, fix data and journey issues, and give you a roadmap to get the platform earning its licence cost.
Do you only work in Salesforce and Emarsys?
Those are our deepest stacks. We also work with HubSpot Marketing Hub for teams already on HubSpot CRM. If you are on a tool we do not specialise in, we will tell you upfront.
Do I need a CRM in place first?
For Pardot, yes: Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud is the foundation. For Marketing Cloud and Emarsys, the CRM is helpful but not strictly required. If your CRM is messy, we can address that first via our CRM Implementation service.
What does the monthly retainer cover?
Campaign builds, segmentation work, automation maintenance, reporting reviews, platform admin, and roadmap iteration. Scoped to your volume, typically 4 to 6 weekly campaigns plus optimisation. No long lock-ins.
