Does the Apollo subscription come included?

No, Apollo has its own plans ranging from free to enterprise tiers. We'll recommend the right one based on your team size and outreach volume, and take care of the entire configuration so you don't waste time figuring it out.

Which CRMs can you connect this to?

HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Monday.com, and most other popular platforms. The integration is two-way, so contacts, activities, deal stages, and notes stay in sync automatically across both systems.

When should we expect to see meetings booked?

Your campaign goes live by the end of week 4. Based on what we've seen, the first positive replies typically come within a couple of days, and qualified meetings start landing within the first two weeks of the campaign being active.

Can Poroflo keep running campaigns after the initial sprint?

Yes. We offer a monthly retainer where we manage new campaigns, refresh your target lists, run A/B tests on messaging, and report on pipeline performance, so your sales team can stay focused on closing.

We don't have a CRM yet, is that a problem?

Not at all. We can stand one up as part of this engagement, or through our separate CRM implementation service. Initially, we can also use Apollo's Sequence and Deal Management features. Either way, you'll have a connected system by the time campaigns go live.

Is it easy to get 1,000+ contacts?

It depends on the filters used. ICPs can be niche, so it's normal to land on fewer than 1,000 contacts when the segment is tightly defined.
